Modules
Month 2
Trauma and Attachment
This month, you'll explore the foundations of attachments, relationships, and co-regulation. You’ll discover the conditions for healing traumatic imprints at the deeper, embodied level. We will also discuss ways to hold space for others, and yourself, in a way that is transformative, connective, and empowering. In this month, you'll:
-
Understand the importance of corrective experiences in healing
-
Learn how healing happens via a loving witness
-
Explore the foundations of attachment: Safety, Presence, and Unconditional Positive Regard
-
Cultivate your skill in holding space for yourself and others
Month 3
Existentialism
In this module, you'll turn toward some of life's biggest questions — meaning, freedom, connection, death, and authenticity. You'll learn to use these existential concerns not as sources of anxiety, but as doorways into a more intentional, meaningful life. These themes will provide a guide to “meaning making” and purposeful living.
In this month, you'll:
-
Explore the “existential givens”: meaning, freedom, connection, death, and authenticity
-
Employ meaning-making as a healing force
-
Cultivate curiosity as your guide to answer life’s meaningful questions
-
Clarify your values and move into greater alignment with them
Month 4
Parts Work
This month you will explore the ways in which parts work are used across multiple disciplines, cultures, and belief systems. By understanding that we are a spiritual being having a complex human experience, we can have greater access to our “true self” and learn to lead our lives from a more compassionate, curious, confident, connected, and clear space. In this month, you'll:
-
Learn the basics of parts work and understand how to use this powerful tool
-
Discover how to feel, identify, and interact with parts
-
Reconnect with your True Self energy and begin to embody it
-
Map your own inner system and bring more compassion to your internal world
Month 5
Somatic Work
Healing doesn't happen through insight alone — healing happens through embodied experiences. During this month, will learn how to build the foundations for embodied and experiential work that will be referenced throughout the course and beyond.
In this month, you'll:
-
Learn to track bodily sensation and separate it from story and emotion
-
Practice titration and pendulation to build your capacity for feeling
-
Employ grounding and resourcing techniques for felt-sense safety
-
Discover how to move beyond the question, “where do you feel that in your body?”
Month 1
Theories of Consciousness & Healing
In this opening month, you'll be guided through the major maps of the mind that healing work draws from — from the psychodynamic and humanistic traditions to contemporary neuroscience. By understanding how change actually happens in the brain and body, you'll build a strong foundation for everything that follows. You'll also begin one of the most valuable practices of the entire program: your personal healing journal. In this month, you'll:
-
Explore the major theories of consciousness and healing, from psychodynamic to transpersonal
-
Discover the neuroscience of change — why safety, not willpower, is what makes healing possible
-
Learn the container that will hold your work all year: confidentiality, consent, and the ethics of self-inquiry
-
Begin your personal healing journal and write your own “theory of healing” to revisit at the program's end
Month 6
Expressive Arts
This month invites you out of your thinking mind and into your creative one. Through visual art, movement, sound, and writing, you'll access parts of your healing story that words alone can't reach — and learn to witness your own process without judgment. In this month, you'll:
-
Experiment with visual art, movement, sound, and writing as healing tools
-
Learn why non-verbal expression can access what talking cannot
-
Practice witnessing your creative process without interpreting or judging it
-
Unlock deeper layers of self discovery
Month 7
Symbolism / Archetypes
This month, you'll explore Jung's map of the psyche — the archetypes and symbols that live in your unconscious and shape your story more than you may realize. You'll begin to identify your own recurring patterns and start gentle, well-paced unconscious exploration.
In this month, you'll:
-
Learn Jung's model of archetypes and the collective unconscious
-
Identify the archetypes and symbols that recur throughout your own life
-
Begin unconscious exploration
-
Discover the different facets of archetypes — including mythology, symbolism, and imagination
Month 8
Dreamwork
Your dreams are one of the richest sources of self-knowledge available to you, and this month you'll learn how to work with them. From dream recall to active imagination, you'll build a practice for turning your dream life into a genuine tool for self-development. In this month, you'll:
-
Build a nightly dream recall and journaling practice
-
Learn Jungian amplification and Gestalt “become the image” approaches to dream interpretation
-
Practice active imagination as an extension of your dreamwork
-
Complete a full dreamwork process on a dream that matters to you
Month 9
Self-Divination
This month reframes divination entirely: not as prophecy, but as a mirror. Using tools like tarot, oracle cards, and other divination tools, you’ll learn how symbolic and intuitive practices can bypass your analytical mind and surface exactly what you need to see — with clear ethical grounding throughout.
In this month, you'll:
-
Understand the difference between divination-as-prophecy and divination-as-reflection
-
Learn why symbolic systems are so effective at surfacing unconscious material
-
Practice using a divinatory tool as a structured self-inquiry practice
-
Build a personal ritual of self-reflection you can return to anytime
Month 10
Natural Integration
In your final month, you'll weave everything you've learned into a coherent, personal practice of ongoing self-exploration. You will discover how working with the tools and practices you’ve cultivated naturally unfolds into a new way of moving, being, and expressing in the real world.
In this month, you'll:
-
Synthesize your learning across all nine modalities into your own healing framework
-
Identify which modalities are most resonant for you and build an ongoing personal practice
-
Discover where your inner journey leads to next and how to follow your inner guidance
-
Participate in a closing celebratory, closing ritual
